At Covrd. we stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right, quickly and without hassle.

How to Request a Return or Refund 

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your cover with:

  • Clear photographs showing the issue
  • A clear description of what is wrong

Your Options

  1. Full refund - We'll refund the full purchase price.
  2. Replacement - A brand new cover sent to you at no cost, courier included.

We aim to resolve all queries within 2–3 business days.

Please Note We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Covers measured incorrectly by the customer. Follow our measurement guide before ordering - if unsure, contact us first.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
